I had such a great experience with Chen Immigration Law Associates.
They are extremely professional, very knowledgeable and quick to answer. Moreover, they are affordable compared to other law firms. My I-140 NIW petition (for an employment based Green Card) was approved without Request For Evidence (RFE) and in only 4-5 months. The application process was easy thanks to their precise and throughout explanations. They did a terrific job in writing my petition letter. I am a scientist and I am very impressed by Mrs Chen and Collaborators’ high level of understanding the specialized terminology specific to the research field. The petition was excellently written and intelligently organized. I appreciate the amount of work they did to make scientific jargon understandable to the non-specialist such as an USCIS immigration officer. I got in touch with Chen immigration team and they evaluated my case. We agreed to file a new EB1-A case this year. They were extremely professional and meticulous in their work. They prepared new letters for me, drafted a new petition letter and filed my case in a timely manner. This time my case got approved in 11 days.
