It was a great pleasure to work with Chen Associates. My I140 under EB2-NIW got accepted after 9 months and one RFE issued. Throughout the whole process, Chen associates showed high professionalism, fast response, efficient and excellent service. Receiving RFE was unexpected and nerve racking, however they have immediately (within a day) came up with a solid, detailed plan (3 pages long) on how we should respond. My I-140 was approved ~3 weeks after we submitted RFE response.
