Overall my husband and I are extremely happy with our experience of working with North America Immigration Law Group. We successfully received our green card early this month after a long journey.
At the outset of our green card journey we contacted several law firms and all were unwilling to provide helpful information without a retainer. On the other hand, before receiving any money North America Immigration Law Group were forthcoming with crucial information, provided a thorough review of our case through their survey, and offered an “approval or refund” option. This instilled in us the confidence to retain them for our green card application without any hesitation.
The amount of materials required for the I-140 application is overwhelming, and we relied heavily on our lawyer to clarify information nearly every day until filing. Their organization made life a lot easier, and we honestly wouldn’t be capable on our own. We were pleasantly surprised by their grasp of the technical language in our application, and their ability to deftly translate it into an effective legal petition for the USCIS. They drafted many documents for our case, and all were of a very high caliber.
We also retained the North American Immigration Law Group for the filing of our I-485 based on their impressive service throughout the I-140. This allowed us to remain in touch with the lawyer through the lengthy waiting period after filing, and we took advantage of this by asking many questions to help us navigate the obstacles regarding travel, J1 visa, EAD/advance parole, biometrics appointment, medical exam and finally the immigration interview itself. Doing this alone would be far too daunting, and could easily lead to trouble without continued support from the lawyer.
Once again, very happy with the experience we had working with North American Immigration Law Group. I would recommend anyone beginning the green card journey to contact them, and see for themselves the strong commitment the firm has to securing your green card.

I was worried in the beginning as my profile was not as strong as some of the approved cases I heard but their reputation in the field speaks for itself. They were very professional from the starting in their guidelines and drafting documents. They always responded in a timely manner. At times, I felt the suggested changes (in the documents/reference letters) were redundant but they give very much attention to fine details (and explained the reasons to me very well) that truly helped my case.
