- I got my EB1B I-140 PP approval ~3 months after signing the retainer agreement with Chen immigration. They were kind enough to even open my account and share all the case documents/instructions even before my payment was received by them.
- Before signing the retainer agreement, I was also considering the option of signing up with another lawyer who specializes in this category of I-140s and was in the same time zone as me. But I ended up signing up with Chen since they seemed to be considerably bigger, and I soon realized this was a very good decision. Their vast experience and the size of the team gives them invaluable experience in handling RFEs/NOIDs as they have documented the responses and behavior of different USCIS officers.
- Their LORs and petition letters were so good that hardly any time was spent on modifying them. The only time lag from Chen's side was 20 business days in preparing them. So be prepared to wait for a month in total to wait for them to prepare your documents.
- The only thing I wish is they provided some time of free consulting for I-485 for those who wish to file on their own. Nevertheless, their I-485 DIY packet is very helpful.

I've heard good things about Wegreened, but I did not expect high initially, because I had terrible experience with another immigration law firm in downtown Boston when applying O1 visa, I finally got the visa approved, but the process was a nightmare. However, attorney Chen and her colleagues have completely changed my impression of immigration lawyers ----
they have been very patient at all my questions, prompt in responding, stick to if not ahead of their timeline, and offer very personalized service, and as we all can see, a extremely high successful rate.
In particular, I provided all my recommendation letters I used for for O1 visa, they could have just modified them for GC application and made their lives easier, but they re-write all the letters because they believe that was for my best interest.
I will give my highest recommendation to all my friends who want to apply for GC.

What a wonderful news just before a long weekend. My I-140 is approved within 5 days under EB1A category. A big thank you to Ms. Chen and her team. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by North America Immigration Law Group for my case.
I signed a contract with them on 27th Feb 2017. We field case on 23rd June 2017. We received the receipt of premium processing on 26th and on 30th June my I-140 was approved.
I think this was possible all because of North immigration law group. They are really professional and always do their job on time according to your contract. I have asked them numerous stupid questions and they have answered me each of them in detailed.
I was really anxious about all process as I was on J1 visa but at the end of the day I have approved I140. The whole process took only 4 months. I was fully satisfied with my petition letter and recommendation letters.
I will highly recommend the Chen immigration and Attorneys to my friends and research scholars.
