The whole process was very straight forward. There are clear instruction in the package. Sometime when things get confusing I recommend calling the lawyers and it will go much faster. For the rest they have an online secure messaging system which is very easy to work with. I applied under EB2-NIW and my case was approved with no RFE in about 7 and half months.
