Before approaching Chen Immigration Law Associates, I had personally talked to an immigration lawyer whose fee was expensive and the lawyer did not seem much positive regarding my EB2-NIW case. I got my EB1A approved with help of VC and team. They were very professional in their dealings. They have great experience, tried and tested strategies and know what they are doing.. Just stick to their instructions and you will sail through.. I am more than happy with the team and will retain them for 485 and highly recommend anyone who is considering filing for EB1.

I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the work from [Chen Immigration Attorney] and Victoria Chen for filing my EB1-A. The EB1-A was really challenging, I cannot possibly imagine having a better team of lawyers. Work was done to perfection and they are extremely professional. So happy that she took my case! I got my EB-1A approval after almost 15.5 months of filing and getting an RFE. all my delays were from USCIS having long lines. Cant ask for a better lawyer anywhere in the US!
