I found Ms. Chen's firm when I was trying to find out whether I can even apply from outside US. After a review, they confirmed that I will be able to apply via NIW. They are very professional and respond to almost 99% of queries within 24 hours. I filed my I-140 from outside of the US and never had any issues since I was able to communicate via email most of the time. Since I was very busy, I also really appreciated that they crafted the recommendation as well as the petition letters. These days NIW is moving a bit slow but I got mine approved in the time frame they had suggested. More importantly, the approval came in without RFE although I was not even in US when we filed our I-140. I would definitely recommend working with this firm.

The Chen Immigration Law group was recommended to me by a fellow postdoc at a networking event. He claimed that if they say that my credentials are good enough to file a case for a green card then it is almost certain success. He was absolutely right.
After evaluating my credentials we decided to apply under the EB2-NIW category.
Overall, it was a pleasure working with them. All my questions were answered promptly and to the point. Although the communication was only through emails, it was very effective. They made very clear to me what documents are necessary and how to obtain them and they drafted amazing reference letters and the I-140 petition letter. The price was very reasonable (the best I could find) and they always keep their timeline.
