I strongly recommend Chen Immigration for their excellent and professional services. They are very organized and answer all questions promptly within a day. The NIW petition they put together was exceedingly well written with a detailed background on my research area, and was approved smoothly.
Total time took about 2 months from retaining them to NIW approval. Preparation of petition took 1.5 months (w/o recommendation letters, but including the time spent on preparing materials and thorough checks). My I-140 was approved in 2 weeks with premium processing.
Side note: EB2 ROW filing dates have been falling behind recently - paying for NIW premium processing may not speed up the rest of the green card process.

My NIW was finally approved 2-month after the RFE response letter submission.
